1. Contact School Please contact our school via phone, email, or online inquiry if you are interested in getting information about our program and would like to share information about your child.
2. Book Tour You can request a tour via phone, email, or online, to schedule a visit to the campus.
3. Visit Campus You will visit all the classrooms of the school and get more detailed information about the school and our programs. You can discuss about all your questions or requests with our director. Children are more than welcome to join the tours.
4. Complete Registration Submit Registration Form with registration fee.
5. Confirm Enrollment Complete and submit full Enrollment Packet. Make payment prior to your child's first day of school.

BSMP Enrollment Packet Parents need to complete all of the following forms and provide a copy of your child's immunization records prior to attendance.
Parents need to sign and return the first three forms upon enrollment. You can download and complete all the following CA required forms prior to attendance. The Child's Physician's Report (LIC 701) must be filled out by your child's doctor. You can arrange time in advance to have this report ready for your child to start.
